Why I Use Sliding Scale Pricing

One of the questions I receive most often is:

"How do I know which pricing tier to choose?"

Before I answer that, I want to explain why I use a sliding scale at all.

I believe businesses have the opportunity to make a real difference in this world but only if we evolve the values we say we have into real verbs we carry out IRL.

So, sliding scale = a values decision.

As a Priestess, I believe transformational work should not be reserved exclusively for people with economic privilege.

As an Engineer, I know that creating meaningful education, mentorship, coaching, and mutual support requires real resources.

Both of those things are true and the design challenge I give to myself is how to build a business that honors them simultaneously.

Sliding scale pricing is my attempt to do exactly that.

It allows people with different levels of financial capacity to access the work while helping create enough stability for the work itself to continue existing.

Every Seat Receives The Same Experience

Whether you choose the Seat of Access, Reciprocity, or Sponsorship, you receive the same program, class, mentorship, or container.

I don’t do diluted experiences or VIPs… and I don’t believe anyone is less important for paying less.

The only difference is the amount you are able to contribute.

This model is built on trust and I trust you to assess your circumstances honestly.

And, real talk, if you try to hustle me, my Sicilian ancestors will take care of you on my behalf.

Seat of Access

For those navigating genuine financial constraint.

This seat exists because I do not believe temporary economic hardship should automatically exclude someone from meaningful relational, erotic, or personal development work.

You may qualify if:

  • meeting basic needs regularly creates stress

  • debt significantly impacts your financial stability

  • you have little or no savings

  • you are underemployed, unemployed, or in a period of financial transition

  • paying the standard rate would create genuine hardship

If this is your reality, this seat is for you.

Choose it without shame.

Seat of Reciprocity

For those who are stable, but still building.

Your basic needs are met.

You may have debt, but it doesn't prevent you from functioning.

You have income, some flexibility, and enough capacity to invest in your growth without jeopardizing your wellbeing.

This is the tier most people choose.

It reflects a fair and sustainable exchange.

You are contributing to the work while honoring your current reality.

Seat of Sponsorship

For those operating from abundance.

Your needs are consistently met.

You have financial reserves, disposable income, and the ability to invest in growth without significant sacrifice.

Choosing this seat does more than support your own journey.

It helps fund:

  • lower-cost access for others

  • free educational content

  • podcasts and public resources

  • community education initiatives

  • future scholarship opportunities

You become a patron of the work itself.

How To Choose

Choose your tier based on your actual capacity, not your convenience.

Not the lowest number you can technically afford or the highest number that earns approval… pick the one that honestly reflects your reality.

If you need the Access Seat, take it.

If Reciprocity reflects your situation, choose it.

If you have the capacity to Sponsor, I invite you to stand in that capacity.

No one will audit your finances, ask for proof, or check your credit score.

This system depends on integrity.

The First Practice

In many ways, choosing your seat is the first practice.

Not because it tests your finances but rather because it asks for honesty.

I’m not asking for your tax returns; I’m asking for your integrity.

Choose your seat accordingly… and then let's get to work.

In devotion to your devotion
